From scenic bike rides and kayaking along the shore to indulging in fresh seafood and a delightful ferry ride to Nantucket, there’s something for everyone. Connect with new friends, enjoy an inspiring talk, and soak in the breathtaking beauty of this iconic New England getaway.
We’ll be staying at the cozy, rustic charm of Craigville Manor – a beautiful New England-style retreat house perched on a bluff with stunning views of Craigville Beach. 🏖️
Accommodations for this event are a mix of inviting rooms, with some by gender and shared baths, plus some rooms perfect for couples. It’s the ideal setting to unwind, connect, and enjoy the beauty of the Cape!

The Craigville Retreat Center is situated in the privacy of Craigville Village. Strolling through the village is a delight, with stunning, brightly colored blooms, classic Cape Cod architecture, and a short walk from the beach.

Lodging will be based on single, double occupancy or triple occupancy. There will be some rooms with private bathrooms while others will have shared bathrooms.
Cost:
Registration fee: $780.00 per person
This includes three nights lodging (additional fee for certain room selections- see below), 3 breakfasts, 1 brown bag lunch, 2 dinners, snacks, fast ferry to Nantucket, Nantucket group activity (choose biking or Nantucket Signature Bus tour), transportation to and from Craigville Retreat Center to activities and inspirational talk. Some meals will be on your own. Financial assistance is available.
Fees are based on double or single occupancy. Solo participants who prefer gender-specific shared accommodations will be paired with a roommate if possible. If a roommate cannot be matched, an additional fee for a private single room will apply. Some rooms feature private bathrooms, while others offer shared bathroom facilities. Most beds are single/twin size with only a few double beds available.
Once you register, we look forward to helping you select accommodations that best meet your needs. Room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please select your preferred room; if we’re unable to accommodate your choice, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. If no preferred options are available, you’ll have 24 hours to cancel without incurring any cancellation fees after being notified.
- Double Occupancy Rooms (same gender or family members) with Shared Bathroom (Jack & Jill style): $0 additional fee )
- Single Room (double bed) with Bathroom in hallway: $50 total additional fee (already reserved)
- Single Room (single/twin bed) with Bathroom down the hall: $25 total additional fee (already reserved)
- Double Occupancy Room (single/twin beds – same gender, family members or couples) with Private Bathroom: $50 per person total fee
- Triple Occupancy Room (single/twin beds – same gender, family members or couples) with Private Bathroom: $25 per person total fee
When registering, please indicate your roommate preference(s) – whether you plan to room with someone specific or would like to be paired with a same-gender roommate.

Monday, May 19, 2025 or until full
Financial Aid:
Financial aid for registration is available for all participants up to $200 per person. Financial aid for transportation is available up to $150 per person (up to $150 not to exceed half of airfare). To apply for financial aid, complete the form immediately following your registration.
Cancellation Fee:
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at registration. If you cancel on or after May 1, no refund will be provided. Please see the detailed cancellation policy below for further information.
If room accommodation requests cannot be met, participants will have 24 hours after being notified to cancel without incurring any cancellation fees.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
- A deposit of $250 is due at the time of registration.
- The remaining balance is due by April 30, 2025.
If you decide to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply, and payment is due upon receipt of your cancellation notice:
- Up to March 31, 2025: $250 of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
- After May 1, 2025: 100% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
If DiscoveryBound cancels the program/event, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee. We recommend booking flights with the greatest flexibility, as flight plans may need to be adjusted in case of cancellations.

For those Driving:
Arrive on Tuesday, June 3 between 4:00-7:00 pm at Craigville Conference Center
Depart Craigville Conference Center on Friday, June 6 by 10:00 am.
For those Flying (or traveling from the Boston area):
- Book your flights early to secure the best fares!
- Plymouth/Brockton Bus offers transportation from Logan International Airport to the Hyannis Transportation Center in Hyannis, MA.

- If you plan to attend this trip after the TMC Annual Meeting, you can take the Back Bay Logan Express bus back to Logan International Airport on Tuesday morning (approx. $3 fee). Other options are the subway, etc.
